8. Health DECT mode - Range check When the slide switch is in HEALTH DECT mode and there is no sound, there will be no transmission between the units. This means that you should manually check the range again if you move the units further apart. To test the range manually, you can press the paging button on the baby unit or move the slide switch on the parent unit to "PERMANENT". We recommend not to charge the parent unit during the range check.
