Operation - Overheating safeguard You can use the deep fryer only when it is filled with oil or fat. Do not use the appliance if the bowl is empty or does not contain sufficient oil or fat. The deep fryer is equipped with an overheating safeguard. This will be activated if the temperature is rising, for example, you use the appliance without (sufficient) oil or fat.
