Inserting the batteries 1. Open the battery compartment on the back. 2. Insert 3 batteries of type AAA/R03 (batteries not supplied). Please ensure that the polarity is correct (see the floor of the battery compartment)! 3. Close the battery compartment again. 4. If the device is not used for a prolonged period of time, please take the batteries out in order to prevent leakage of battery acid. 5. The letters “LO” in the display indicate that the batteries should be replaced. CAUTION: • Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together....
