Connect the cable pull reduction clips. (see pic. 2) Using the screws and plastic nuts attach the top part of the hande to the bottom bar set (see pic. 3). Insert the bottom part of the handle into the appropriate openings and secure using fastening screws (see pic. 4). Put the wheels on the axles, secure using cotter pins by bending the free ends around the axle and attach the wheel covers (see pic. 5) and (see pic. 6) Secure the attachment of the electric power cable to the handle using the cable clip (see pic. 7)....
