NEVER switch the deep fryer on before you have filled it with enough oil or fat. NEVER leave water in the oil reservoir when filling it with oil or frying fat. The oil level must always be between MIN and MAX otherwise the safety thermostat switches off. In this case, first remove the cause, allow cooling off and press the RESET button. The fryer is now ready for use. We recommend using frying oil. When using frying fat, please first melt the fat in casserole and then pour it into the deep fryer. Then adjust the thermostat knob on the desired temperature....
