REPLACING AND CLEANING FILTERS 1) Open the filter cover. 2) FILTER may be washed in hot soapy water. Allow to air dry. 3) Clean the inside of the coer with a damp soapy sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly. 4) Insert FILTER on the bottom of LID, then replace FILTER COVER. 5) Remove the used filter and replace with a new one after approximately 60 frying sessions.
