For use without wearing glasses Those who do not wear glasses must turn the eyecups at both eyepieces in counterclockwise direction until they engage in the extended position. The binoculars are now set at the correct distance to the eyes. For use with glasses Those who wear glasses must leave the rotating eyecups on both eyepieces in the original position (as delivered) or, if necessary, turn the eyecups in clockwise direction until they noticeably engage.
