Cold-frothing milk ∙ Proceed as described in the section ‘Heating and frothing milk’, but press the On/Off switch three times in succession. ∙ The indicator lamp starts fl ashing blue and the appliance starts cold-frothing the milk. ∙ Once the milk is suffi ciently frothed, the heating and stirring process stops automatically and the indicator light shows red. ∙ You can now remove the milk container from the base. ∙ Pour out the milk, or use a suitable spoon to take off the milk froth.. ∙ Disconnect the appliance from the mains after use....
