OPERATION • Before you use the fryer for the first time we recommend you to wash the basket (10) and the vat (8). To do so, take the basket (10) out of the vat, lift out the control panel (3) and take out the vat (8). You can wash the basket and the vat either using soapy water or by putting them into the dishwasher. Never wet the control panel (3). For operation, put all the elements back in their place in reverse order, making sure that the panel guides match the body guides....
