Use Put the plug into a grounded outlet and switch on the divice with the controls (no. 3). For low-power heating, switch only the lower switch, the red light comes on. Turn the thermostat (no. 4) clockwise to its highest position. If the room themperature is reached, turn the thermostat switch counter clockwise until you hear a click. The thermostat will keep the room temperature the same. For high power heating, turn the upper switch, the red light comes on. Never place objects on the heater, such as clothing or towels....
