SAFETY The fryer is equipped with a safety thermostat that switches off the electric supply should it become too hot. If this happens: Leave the fryer to cool down Carefully push the reset button back in with the help of a small rod. This button, marked “Restart”, is found at the back of the control panel, figure 1. To prevent the plug from being damaged, store the mains cable in the cable compartment.
