Remove the kettle from the base. 2. Open the lid. 3. Fill the kettle with at least 0.5 liters of water. Do not fill the kettle with more than 1.0 liters of water (“Max” marking). 4. Close the lid by pressing lightly. 5. Place the kettle level on the base. 6. Switch on the kettle by pressing the ON/ OFF switch downwards into the „I“-position. The kettle cannot be switched on if it is not properly seated on the base. 7. When the water boils, the appliance automatically shuts off. 8. If the kettle is lifted up before the water boils, it has to be switched off by pressing the I/O switch....
