Remove the kettle from the base. 2. Press the opening key to the back, the lid is opening. 3. Fill the kettle with water (minimum 0.5 litres, mark MIN, maximum 1.8 litres, mark MAX). CAUTION! If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected! 4. Close the lid until it clicks into place. The locking prevents accidental opening. 5.
